Clean rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. 10 mins to main beach, but 10 mins walk to another lovely beach. Friendly staff, helpful management. Tasty welcome drink and breakfast served in front of our room. Nice swimming pool with sunloungers. Tastefully furnished room with big modern bathroom. Safe available. Possibility to use sunloungers at associated beach. Warm welcome and great service from Asoka and his staff. Lovely pool area cleaned daily. Short walk to local beach and swimming with Turtles in a natural lagoon. Convenient location near Unawatuna and its restaurants.

Hotel complex incl. pools in very well-kept condition. Staff and manager very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. Those who do not want to walk to the beach for a long time will have to buy a Tuk Tuk for 1-2 € per trip.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Unawatuna. The staff at this property, Beach Grove Villas, were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. They made sure all my needs were taken care of and even helped me arrange a scooter rental. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the good coffee they had available. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and bright, which I really appreciated. The whole property was well-maintained, and the location was perfect - close to the beach and all the nearby restaurants and amenities. I highly recommend Beach Grove Villas to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Unawatuna. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Beach Grove Villas was an absolute gem for families with children. The environment was safe, secure, and peaceful, giving parents peace of mind. The staff were caring and always ready to lend a hand. The flexibility in adjusting our dates due to our child's illness was incredibly generous. The chef and kitchen staff were delightful, serving generous portions of food with plenty of variety. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was a delightful surprise. The spacious rooms and pristine pool added a touch of luxury to our stay. The diligent staff always provided fresh towels for the pool. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms was phenomenal. The convenient location, just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the fort, made exploring the area easy. The resident driver was reliable and drove safely. I highly recommend a family dinner at Wijaya, a nearby wood-fired pizza place, followed by a beach stroll. The accommodation was clean with great facilities and a lovely pool. It's location is close to the action but still quiet, providing a peaceful setting for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and included traditional options as well as other choices upon request.

The stairs to access some of the rooms were difficult to climb for those who are not very fit.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room and bathroom. The facilities were also great, with a large pool and ample parking available. Transportation was convenient as the hotel was fairly close to Wijaya beach, which was a beautiful location to spend time at. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We got great value for our money! The room at Beach Grove Villas was huge, clean, and had a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The location was perfect - peaceful and away from the noise but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available if we needed anything. They even helped us arrange a scooter and a trip to Safari and Ella with a professional driver. Fresh fruits for breakfast every morning were a delicious bonus!

One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. the convenient location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that we encountered. On a couple of mornings, there was a lack of hot water due to solar heating issues, which was a slight inconvenience.
